How to Ship Us Your Pieces

It can be cheaper if you ship us your game pieces, and you guarantee availability of inventory. When you rely on us to source the game pieces, we must purchase them online either as brand new sealed packages from game stores or from eBay resellers selling used games or parts of games. The search for inventory can take a few hours to several days depending on the inventory being sought.

When a particular game is currently out stock or print, the prices tend to rise for anyone that is selling a used game. Sometimes the hassle and cost do not justify the order and we turn down your business. This is a bummer for everyone.

When you supply the game pieces, all the sourcing headaches go away. This is our preferred option for quantities over 20 or for out of stock situations. The Italians are the rarest pieces so consider this option anytime you want Italian pieces. So how exactly do you send us your pieces?

1) For some group sets like fleet sets we ask you this question, but we don't ask you this question for individual pieces like planes. If you want to place a big order you aren't given the option of using your own pieces, In these cases, email us and say you'd like to use your pieces. We can extend you a discount for this.

2) Package up your pieces in a small box. You can reuse a package from Amazon for instance, but smaller is generally cheaper is to ship. You can drop off the package at a UPS/FedEx/USPS shipping location and buy your own label, or we can send you a prepaid shipping label and you can put your box in your mailbox. (We will need to know box dimensions and weight to do this and we will charge you for the label).

3) To purchase the label, search for product "Prepaid Shipping Label" and add that item to your shopping cart. Put the label price into the quantity field. We will inform of the amount after we determine shipping costs.

3) The pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email address as a .PDF file. You will need to print it, ideally using a 4x6 inch shipping label, or plain letter sized printer paper. If you used printer paper, cut the label down to size with scissors and tape onto the box. If printed with inkjet ink (which is water soluable), be sure to tape over the entire label to protect the ink in case it gets wet.

Once the pieces arrive we will begin working on your order.
